What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for a diverse patient population, managing routine exams, chronic illnesses, and acute conditions

Maintain a balanced 40-hour workweek with 34 hours of direct patient contact, seeing 18–24 patients daily

Participate in a light, shared on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage for support

Cover telemedicine hours on select weekends every few months, enhancing patient access and your flexibility

Collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with potential for increased compensation through teamwork

Engage in rewarding teaching opportunities with medical students and NP/PA trainees

Utilize the EPIC EMR system for efficient patient documentation and coordination

Explore optional roles in hospital medicine and leadership to expand your career footprint
Who You Are:

Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (within 5 years or committed to becoming certified)

Licensed or willing to obtain an active New York medical license

Certified in ACLS and DEA, with a clean malpractice and licensing record

Passionate about providing primary care to all age groups with dedication and compassion

Ready for a full-time commitment with flexible scheduling options (4 or 5-day weeks)

Committed to joining a practice that does not sponsor visas and prefers local candidates within a 30-mile radius
What You’ll Receive:

Competitive base salary between $250,000 and $260,000, with productivity incentives from day one

Generous sign-on bonus up to $75,000 paid with your first paycheck
