What You’ll Do:

Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, managing everything from routine exams and immunizations to complex chronic illnesses and acute care

Partner closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to provide coordinated, team-based care

Participate in a light call rotation supported by RN triage to maintain work-life balance

Engage in optional teaching and precepting opportunities with medical and NP/PA students, contributing to future healthcare leaders

Explore leadership and hospital medicine involvement to broaden your professional impact

Benefit from flexible scheduling options, with preference for full-time outpatient practice and shared call rotation

Who You Are:

Board certified in Family Medicine, or dual board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics

Licensed (or willing to obtain license) in New York with at least 1 year of primary care experience

Organized, collaborative, and passionate about delivering patient-centered care

Committed to maintaining all certifications including ACLS, DEA, and an impeccable malpractice record

Available to start upon credentialing and enthusiastic about joining a supportive, growth-minded environment
What You’ll Receive:

Competitive base salary $250,000-$260,000, plus productivity-based incentives from day one

Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus paid with your first paycheck and $25,000 retention bonus at your second year
