Your Role:

Deliver exceptional outpatient care to families, treating both adults and children with a holistic and personalized approach

Manage a daily patient load of about 14, balancing quality and efficiency in a supportive clinic environment

Own administrative tasks like thorough charting, care coordination, and quality improvement with attention to detail

Participate in an on-call phone rotation (1:11), providing after-hours support and reassurance to patients

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that values your input and encourages continuous learning

Maintain your certifications and licensure to provide the highest standard of care

Contribute actively to succession planning, helping build a sustainable, thriving practice for the future

Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, committed to comprehensive, patient-centered care

Organized and proactive, balancing clinical excellence with administrative responsibilities

Reside within a reasonable commute to maintain a healthy work-life balance

Guaranteed base salary of $230,000 with up to $20,000 in annual quality bonuses

Must-Have Qualifications:

Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine

Valid DEA registration and BLS certification

Active Vermont medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
