Your Role:

• Deliver exceptional outpatient care to families, treating both adults and children with a holistic and personalized approach

• Manage a daily patient load of about 14, balancing quality and efficiency in a supportive clinic environment

• Own administrative tasks like thorough charting, care coordination, and quality improvement with attention to detail

• Participate in an on-call phone rotation (1:11), providing after-hours support and reassurance to patients

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that values your input and encourages continuous learning

• Maintain your certifications and licensure to provide the highest standard of care

• Contribute actively to succession planning, helping build a sustainable, thriving practice for the future

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine

• Valid DEA registration and BLS certification

• Clean malpractice record

• Active Vermont medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Willingness to commit full-time with a commute under one hour
