- Other Details: This primary care outpatient opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with seven hours of patient-facing time and one hour allotted for charting and administrative tasks. Providers should be comfortable seeing patients of all ages, with an average daily census of 18–20. Prior experience with Epic is strongly preferred, and the ability to perform common outpatient procedures such as biopsies and sutures is a plus. The position requires an unrestricted California medical license, DEA, and either BLS or ACLS certification. Candidates must have at least two years of outpatient primary care experience and should be local to California, ideally within commuting distance. The role includes full support staff, no call responsibilities, and uses standard primary care equipment. All orientation hours are billable. Flu vaccination is required, with medical or religious exemptions accepted, and the site observes major holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Preference is given to those with experience in integrated care models similar to large medical groups.

Job Responsibilities
* Conduct patient visits for approximately 7 hours daily with 1 hour for documentation and administrative tasks
* Perform common outpatient procedures such as biopsies, sutures, etc. (preferred)
* Use Epic EMR for charting and documentation
* Collaborate with support staff including practice manager, front office, MAs, and patient care associates
Qualifications
* Current DEA certificate
* BLS or ACLS certification
* Minimum of 2 years outpatient primary care experience
* Board certification preferred but not required
* Familiarity with California medical regulations and standards

* 13+ week assignment duration
