Location: Creswell, OR - Eugene 10m
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position (1.0 FTE)
Setting: Outpatient Clinic | Critical Access Hospital Support

Compensation & Benefits:
* Guaranteed first-year income: $309,407 (based on 1.0 FTE)
* Employment bonus and relocation stipend

Ideal Candidate:
* MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
* Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian residency
* Eligible for or holding unrestricted Oregon medical license
* Passion for patient-centered primary care in a rural setting
