Job description Independent, outpatient only practice located in southwestern Michigan seeking Family Medicine associate. Open to either full or part-time physicians. Staff currently consists of Dr. Troy Carlson and two nurse practitioners. A physician would average 18-20 patients daily. Our practice has been recognized as a leader of quality and service by many healthcare payers and is known for our advocacy of patients - in spite of a less than effective health care environment. We have 4 RN care managers to help the providers manage chronic illness and have been a revolutionary addition in our approach to care. Family Tree also incorporates spiritual healing at the point of care to help treat the entire patient.


Christ is the cornerstone of our practice and our staff is open to pray and share as the Spirit has led to help heal the broken hearted while rendering care at the highest level in a medical setting. I am looking for providers who are grounded in their faith in Christ and open to see what He does through the power of prayer while rendering medical care for those in need.



Salary: $190K-$235K

Partnership: Could become a future partner/owner

Vacation, Sick & CME: 4-5 weeks

CME: 1 week
