Concierge Medicine in Seattle Suburb

We are a happy, less stressed concierge styled practice in the suburbs of Seattle, seeking a full or part-time Family Medicine associate. We have a membership based outpatient only opportunity that desires a compassionate, caring, team player with excellent skills in Family Medicine. We currently have two full-time family practice physicians, who have worked together for over 20 years. We strive to provide comprehensive and compassionate medical and spiritual care to our patients and their families. We have been blessed with long-standing staff retention and workplace satisfaction. Each physician has been recognized as a “Top Doc” in their field by local media.

Our office is located directly adjacent to Valley Medical Center, part of the University of Washington hospital network. Work is exclusively outpatient, without OB or inpatient requirements (hospitalists assume inpatient management). Inpatient referred to local hospitalists and patients are admitted to Valley Medical Center (350 beds) or Swedish Hospital. We are also independent, allowing us to refer to the best subspecialists in the region, regardless of hospital affiliation.

Our goal is to provide the very best, compassionate care for our clientele. Our practice has transitioned to a membership model and this has allowed us to have ample time with our clients to focus on wellness and prevention. We provide a two part extensive physical and have the ability to provide same day care and even occasional house calls. In order to assist those who are unable to afford the membership, I have covered the cost of the membership fee for over 10% of my practice.

Salary: $200K-$300K working 4 days a week

Vacation: 3 weeks

CME: Stipend provided for annual expenses

Health Insurance: Provided

Moving Expenses: As needed (negotiable)

Malpractice Insurance: Provided with Tail Coverage

Short-Term Missions: 1-2 weeks encouraged and supported
