Functional Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician Benefits:
Twenty-one (21) accrued Paid Time Off days = 4 weeks and 1 day
Eight (8) paid Holidays annually = 1 week and 3 days
One (1) Float Day

Functional Medicine Physician:
Hours/call: Clinic Hours 7:30 am – 5:30 pm / Scheduled rotating Saturdays 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Main types of procedures or patients seen: Wellness Exams/Pap Smears, Follow Up’s, Pellet insertion for HRT,
Average # of patients seen per day: 17-19
Team size (e.g. 3 FMs and 3 NPs): 2 MD, 7 NPs
This is a cashed based practice.
