Job Description:
- Specialty: Primary Care (Outpatient)
- Patient Population: Adults (some all-ages)
- Contract Length: 13–26 weeks with option to extend; ongoing need
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (5x8s), either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Average Daily Census: 18–21 patients/day preferred
- EMR: EPIC
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
Requirements:
- CA license– Required
- DEA – Required
- BLS certification – Required
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years
Credentialing: ~30 days or less
