- Hospital-employed opportunity for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join the team
- Competitive salary with 2-year guarantee plus productivity bonus potential
- Join a collaborative team of 3 Family Medicine physicians, 1 Internal Medicine physician, 2 Pediatricians, 1 Physician Assistant (adult/palliative care), and embedded behavioral and mental health support
- Work closely with a sister clinic offering Internal Medicine and Family Medicine providers, on-site walk-in care, radiology, and specialty services
- Full-time schedule: 34 patient contact hours over 4.5 days/week (M–F, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
- Expected patient volume: up to 20 patients per day
- Shared phone-only call (currently 1:8 across both clinics)
- Established mentorship program for new graduates
