Job description
Position Overview:
A well-supported outpatient practice is seeking a Board Certified (or eligible) Family Medicine physician to deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver full-spectrum primary care: pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.

Diagnose and manage chronic illnesses, acute concerns, and injuries.

Perform routine physicals, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.

Work in collaboration with an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

Participate in a light call rotation supported by RN triage.

Benefit from hospital-affiliated infrastructure and physician-led governance.

Engage in hospital medicine or administrative/leadership roles

Flexible scheduling available; preference for full-time, outpatient commitment with shared call.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $250,000 – $260,000

Productivity Incentives: Begin accruing from day one

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000, paid in full with first paycheck

Retention Bonus: $25,000 awarded at start of year two

Board Certified in Family Medicine – REQUIRED
