Job description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our team providing outpatient care to adult patients only in a well-supported clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary outpatient care to adult patients only.

Average 14 patients per day in a clinic-only environment.

Participate in after-hours phone-only call rotation (1:11).

Perform charting, care coordination, and quality improvement tasks.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team.

Maintain Vermont licensure and clinical certifications.

Contribute to the practice’s long-term stability and succession planning.
Compensation & Incentives:

Base salary: $230,000
-
Quality bonus potential: Up to $20,000/year

Student loan repayment: Matching up to $10,000/year

Eligibility Requirements:

Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine – REQUIRED
