🔍 Role Overview:

👨👩👧👦 All-age patient care: Pediatrics through geriatrics

👥 Join 3 NPs, 2 full-time MDs, and a part-time physician

🧪 On-site point-of-care lab + EPIC EMR
-
📞 Equitable call: 1:4 weekday/weekend rotation

🧑⚕️ Average 18 patients/day
-
🏥 Strong clinical wraparound support (ACO model + in-network specialist referrals)

DOs strongly preferred (MDs considered)
💰 Compensation & Perks:

💵 Base Salary: $265,000–$280,000 (DOE)

🧾 Student Loan Forgiveness Eligible

🧘 Generous PTO: 27 days/year including 5 days CME + $3,000 stipend

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

Board Certified in Family Medicine

Comfortable seeing pediatric to geriatric patients

PA medical license (or ability to obtain)
