Position:

· Federally Qualified Health Center

· Searching for a Medical Director

· Oversee Adult, Pediatric and Behavioral Health practices (only in one practice)

· Schedule: 2 days in the clinic, 3 days administrative

· No call – zero call expectations

· Adult practice: 16 total exam rooms, 2 per doctor

· On average, 15-20 patients per day

· Minor office procedures done in office, up to discretion

· Facility provides diverse services for the LGBTQ and HIV communities.

· Primarily Adults, 18+

· Roughly, 20 new patients per month

· Clinic no-show rate: 20%

· EMR: EClinical Works

· Clinic sees all Payors – Private Insurance, Medicaid, etc.. Practice does not turn any patients away


Offering:

· $300-350k base salary

· Performance evaluation, 3% of base salary paid as a bonus

· Sign-on and Relocation available, negotiable

· Malpractice insurance coverage

· Reimbursement for state licensure and memberships

· $3k CME allowance, 5 days-off

· $120/year scrub reimbursement


Location:

· Located 2 hours from both Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA

· Home to Redstone Arsenal, NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, and Cummings Research Park (second-largest research park in the U.S.)
