Perm – Medical Director – Family Medicine

πŸ•’ Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shift, One Evening/Week), 1:10 Call Rotation

Position Overview:

Client is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a permanent role that blends direct patient care with clinical leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a collaborative team of six providers while delivering high-quality care in a rural outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-spectrum outpatient family medicine care to 16–18 patients per day

  • Serve as Medical Director, dedicating ~12 hours/week to clinical operations, support, and quality improvement

  • Participate in a 1:10 call rotation (evenings, nights, and weekends)

  • Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR

  • Engage in leadership meetings, credentialing oversight, compliance, and community outreach

  • Collaborate with a seasoned team of primary care providers in a patient-focused rural health environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine – Required

  • Active or eligible for New Hampshire medical license – Required

  • BLS certification – Required

  • Must manage 16–18 patients/day – Required

  • Local drive-in candidate – Highly preferred

  • Must be open to relocation

Compensation & Benefits:
