π Location: Newport, New Hampshire
π Schedule: MondayβFriday (Day Shift, One Evening/Week), 1:10 Call Rotation
Position Overview:
Client is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a permanent role that blends direct patient care with clinical leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a collaborative team of six providers while delivering high-quality care in a rural outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-spectrum outpatient family medicine care to 16β18 patients per day

Serve as Medical Director, dedicating ~12 hours/week to clinical operations, support, and quality improvement

Participate in a 1:10 call rotation (evenings, nights, and weekends)

Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR

Engage in leadership meetings, credentialing oversight, compliance, and community outreach

Collaborate with a seasoned team of primary care providers in a patient-focused rural health environment
Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine β Required

Active or eligible for New Hampshire medical license β Required

BLS certification β Required
-
Must manage 16β18 patients/day β Required

Local drive-in candidate β Highly preferred

Must be open to relocation
Compensation & Benefits:
