FAMILY PRACTICE OUTPATIENT
Hospital Employed position offered by a 94- bed hospital system. They are that is part of the St Lawrence Healthcare system of Northern Ny and Rochester Healthcare System.

New Office Suite located at hospital

Patient type: Broad spectrum of family medicine patients from Teens to Geriatrics (no ob/gyn)

Five day work week

Expectation of 16 - 20 visits daily

On Call will be 1 in 4. EMR: Epic

Practice fully staffed and staffed with 4 MD/DO’s, 2 FNP

Base Salary is over $ 300k-$350k

Sign on Bonus $25,000

Relocation $15,000 CME $4000

Benefit time 240 hours

Malpractice a Claims made policy for professional malpractice insurance with coverage of $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate shall be provided to the physician and coupled with tail coverage
