$220K–$240K Base + Bonuses | Outpatient Primary Care Physician | Lake Hopatcong, NJ

A respected multi-specialty group in the highly desirable Lake Hopatcong, NJ area is seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine) to join its collaborative and mission-driven team. Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only practice in a well-established, multi-specialty group

• 36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hours per week

• Shared on-call and rotating Saturday shifts

• Patient volume: 20–25 patients per day

• Full-spectrum primary care: pediatrics through geriatrics

• Emphasis on quality documentation (E/M & HCC coding) to support performance bonuses

• Athena EMR

• Strong medical and administrative support team
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $220,000–$240,000 (based on experience/training)

• Performance bonuses based on net collections (typically 35% after base draw)

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Family or Internal Medicine

• New Jersey license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA, CDS/CSR certification, and BLS (or willingness to obtain)
