Your Role Includes:

• Delivering outpatient care to pediatric and adult patients

• Completing charting, care coordination, and participating in quality initiatives

• Joining a 1:11 phone call-only rotation (no in-person call!)

• Being part of succession planning for long-term clinic success

• Ensuring all required licensure and certifications are maintained

Requirements:
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
✔️ DEA & BLS certified
✔️ Clean malpractice history
✔️ Active (or in-progress) Vermont license – required before start
✔️ Must start by Fall 2025 and reside within one hour of Brattleboro
✔️ This is a sole, full-time role – no job-sharing or dual positions allowed
