Family Medicine Residency Core Faculty opening in MO Located in Joplin, 70m to Springfield Full Time Position We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to join an established physician group with a strong commitment to medical education. This role offers a combination of clinical practice and teaching opportunities in a well-integrated learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Practice: Provide patient care either as a Hospitalist or at one of multiple outpatient clinic locations. Teaching: Serve as a preceptor for 3rd and 4th-year medical students and/or residents, both in ambulatory and inpatient teams. Education Collaboration: Opportunity to teach medical students in preclinical years with a local medical school, if desired. Residency Program Collaboration: Work alongside the FM Residency Program Director to ensure continuous learning and development.
