Allergy practice offering subcutaneous and sublingual immunotherapy. Audio/Vestibular Testing and rehab. Sleep apnea testing and treatment. Sinus surgery. Voice and esophageal disorders. Skin cancer and reconstructive surgery. In-Office CT (Xoran MiniCAT). In-office procedures; outpatient surgical center and primary hospital nearby. Well established referral network. Four day work week (one Friday a month). Competitive salary with equity shares opportunity. Production incentive bonus. Sign on bonus and relocation.
