Location: Bourbon, Indiana
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Outpatient Only

Position Overview
Join a community-focused, well-established primary care clinic offering full-spectrum outpatient services. This position is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician passionate about continuity of care and small-town connection, supported by an experienced on-site NP.
Practice Details

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (or until all patients are seen)

Call: 1:7, phone-only rotation

Panel Size: ~18–22 patients per day

EMR: Epic

Support: 1 Nurse Practitioner on-site

Scope:

Chronic disease management
-
Joint injections, minor procedures (suturing, mole/skin tag removal, biopsies)

Pap smears, dressing changes

Population: Pediatric through geriatric

Teaching: Optional involvement with Family Medicine residents

Base Salary: Competitive, aligned with MGMA benchmarks (Submit salary expectations)

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine (within 5 years) – Required
Active Indiana License or Willing to Obtain – Required
DEA, BLS, ACLS – or Willing to Obtain – Required
COVID-19 Vaccinated – Required
Experience Treating All Age Groups – Required
Epic EMR Experience – Highly Preferred
Open to H-1B and J-1 Visa Candidates
