Health Center Serving Whole Community Including Immigrant and Refugee Populations
Job at a glance
Job description
We are place that is unlike any other. If you are expecting a large clinic machine that cranks out people every 15 minutes and matches your RVU to your compensation, then this is not a place for you! But if you want to be in a place where we dream big fat hairy dreams where healthcare is not “wealth care” and “poor care”, but where both rich and poor bring out the best in each other through the saving work of Christ, then please consider us. This is a place where the beauty and diversity of our Northern California communities - Spanish speaking communities in San Jose / East Palo Alto, or Muslim-background communities in Sacramento - are loved and welcomed. And as a physician at our health center, you get to creatively think of outside-of-the-box ways to improve health in each culture, you get to partner with a community health team to address whole person care, and you get to share the love of Jesus through health care, soul care, and culture care.
