We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a thriving outpatient practice in scenic Claremont, NC. Enjoy work-life balance with a 4-day workweek, no weekends or holidays, and a supportive team culture in a well-established practice.

💼 Position Highlights:

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (4 days/week)

• No OB, No Weekends, No Evenings

• Telephone Call Only (Approx. 1:31)

• Closed for 1-hour lunch daily

• Outpatient Only — see a broad spectrum of primary care cases

• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible site

💲 Compensation & Benefits:

• $285,000 Base Salary (2-year guarantee)

• RVU Bonus Potential – switch to productivity-based pay when ready

✅ Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited medical program

• NC Medical License (or ability to obtain)

• ACLS & PALS or BCLS (AHA certified) — must be obtained within 3 months of start
