Join a mission-driven team, providing compassionate care at a respected outpatient safety-net clinic. We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to deliver high-quality care to a diverse, underserved patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. OB is optional.

🗓️ Schedule & Practice Highlights

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Call: Light and minimal

• All-ages care: Pediatrics through geriatrics

• Perform procedures such as skin biopsies, suturing, joint injections, and more

• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and APPs

• Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $240,000–$260,000 + production incentives

• CME: $3,000 and 5 days annually

• PTO: 27 days off + 7 holidays

✅ Qualifications

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (within 5 years of residency completion)

• Indiana medical license (or willing to obtain)

• DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain)

• COVID-19 vaccination – Required
  

• Epic EMR experience – Highly Preferred
