Family Medicine Opportunity in Middlebury, VT
Start Date: ASAP
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 4 clinical days + 1 administrative day per week
Location: Middlebury, VT
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
Manage a panel of primary care patients, including test results, messaging, and care coordination
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across a broad clinical spectrum
Develop individualized care plans focused on prevention, lifestyle, and wellness
Average 14 16 patients per day depending on case complexity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
Participate in call rotation: 1:5 weekday and 1:16 weekend (outpatient only)
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Engage in teaching medical students
Stay current with medical advancements through continuing education
Qualifications:
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (MD or DO)
Vermont medical license (or ability to obtain)
Strong diagnostic, communication, and clinical skills
Committed to patient-centered, holistic healthcare
Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based care model
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment
