🏥 Position Highlights

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages

• Collaborate within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of physicians and APPs

• 40-hour workweek with 34 hours dedicated to direct patient care

• Average 18–24 patients per day

• Participate in light on-call rotation (phone-only, RN triage)

• Telemedicine coverage a few weekends per year

• Utilize EPIC EMR

• Optional roles in hospital medicine or leadership available

• Teaching opportunities with med students, NPs, and PAs

💰 Compensation & Incentives

• $250,000–$260,000 base salary, commensurate with experience

• $75,000 sign-on bonus

• $25,000 retention bonus at start of year 2

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine

  • If Board Eligible: Must be within 5 years of eligibility and committed to achieving BC within 3 years

• Active NY license or willingness to obtain

• DEA and ACLS (must be active by start date)
  

• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience preferred

• Must be willing to work full-time (4- or 5-day week)

• Strong interest in caring for patients across the lifespan

• No candidates residing within 30 miles of facility

• No 1099, visa candidates, or long-distance commuters
