Position Highlights:
- Flexible Workweek: Most providers enjoy a 4-day schedule (10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM)
- Streamlined Clinic Flow:
- New patients: 30-minute appointments
- Follow-ups: 15 minutes (for uncomplicated cases)
- Shared Call Model:
- Equally shared among physicians
- After-hours nurse triage service
- One-week-at-a-time call rotation
- Procedures/Training: Standard Family Medicine scope
