We’re seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Med-Peds Physician committed to delivering comprehensive, whole-person care to patients across the lifespan—from pediatrics to geriatrics.

🔍 Position Highlights

• Provide full-spectrum primary care in an outpatient setting

• Care for pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

• Manage chronic diseases, acute care, preventive care, and lifestyle counseling

• Collaborate with an experienced Advanced Practice Provider

• Enjoy light call coverage with RN triage support

• Optional: Teach 1st-year med students or precept NP/PA students

• Optional: Engage in hospital medicine, administrative, or leadership roles

• Flexible scheduling available, with preference for full-time candidates

💵 Compensation & Bonuses

• Competitive base salary: $250,000–$260,000, commensurate with experience

• Day 1 productivity incentives available

• $75,000 sign-on bonus

• $25,000 retention bonus at start of year 2

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics

  • If Board Eligible: Must be within 5 years of eligibility; expected to certify within 3 years

• Active NY Medical License or willingness to obtain

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient primary care experience

• Clean malpractice and licensing history – No exceptions

• No candidates within 30 miles of the practice location (local candidates not accepted)
