I wanted to send over the details for a Primary Care position in Florence, OR—this one is expected to fill quickly.
Key Highlights:
✅ Start Date: 7/7/25 (subject to change based on credentialing)
✅ Contract Length: 6 months (26 weeks)
✅ Schedule: No Call + Monday – Friday (8hr shifts)
-Call not required, may act as backup call during their shift for paper orders, etc.
Looking for one provider to work full time 40 hour a week and someone that can work 6 months
✅ Practice Setting: Out-patient Clinic
✅ EMR: EPIC
✅ Licensing: Must have active Oregon license (no licensing assistance available)
✅ Procedures: Emergent pain, suturing/suture removal, treating GI and upper respiratory ailments, etc. Not working Solo, there will be multiple priority care providers on staff

Start- As soon as credentialed
Type- MD/DO
Specialty- Primary Care/Priority Care- Looking for someone with primary care experience. The services that the department offers in Priority Care are essentially the same as Primary Care, just on a walk-in (emergent) basis. An urgent care provider would also work but preference in either case would be an experienced provider.
