Family Medicine & Internal Medicine Physicians – Outpatient Only | Great Work-Life Balance | Generous Incentives

We’re seeking board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians to join a collaborative, supportive medical group in a dynamic and growing healthcare system in the Great Lakes Bay Area, located only 1.5 hrs to Detroit, MI.

• Outpatient-only primary care (no inpatient responsibilities)

• Strong hospitalist program handles all inpatient care

• Shared call with your primary care peers (phone only—no in-person call)

• Monday through Friday schedule—no weekends, no holidays

• Work at modern clinics, many recognized as Patient-Centered Medical Homes, some with CPC+ status

• Access to a wide range of subspecialists, including both adult and pediatric specialties
