This is a unique opportunity to practice autonomous rural family medicine in a picturesque, close-knit community. Join a dedicated team of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers serving patients at both the Tonasket and Oroville clinics.
This role is ideal for a mission-driven, team-oriented provider who values the independence and impact of rural primary care.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with APPs and provide direct supervision and mentorship
Engage in patient and family education and chronic disease management
Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in Epic EMR
Participate in community-based healthcare efforts and clinic quality initiatives
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in Washington State
DEA license
Preferred:
Experience or strong interest in rural medicine
J-1 visa candidates welcome
Working Hours
Hours: 8-hour days
Call: Minimal; clinic-based
