Opportunity Details:
· Patient Population: all ages
· Typical Daily Volume: 18–22 patients per day
· Practice Setting: 100% outpatient
· No call requirements, Nurse practitioners take all evening and weekend call
Compensation & Benefits
· Base Salary: $275K - $300K based on experience
· Bonus: RVU-based, up to $25,000–$30,000 annually
· Sign-On – 20k, Relocation allowance – 10k
· Employment Model: W-2, employed
· Benefits Package:

o 5 weeks PTO + 9 paid holidays
o Open to International Medical Graduates (IMGs)
Schedule:
· Schedule: Monday – Friday
o 36 clinical hours
o 4 administrative hours
· Appointment Time: 20 minutes per patient
· Clinical Support Includes:
o Dedicated medical scribes
o Refill/prior authorization team
o In-house nurses
o Dedicated inbox management
o Epic EMR
