(Full time opportunity) - Perm - Family Medicine - Bourbon, IN

Key Responsibilities:

• Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection/aspiration
• Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed.
• Treating paediatrics to geriatrics
• Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner
• Average patient census per day is 18-22
• Opportunities for teaching exist with St. Joseph Health System Family Medicine residents [clinical teaching and supervision].
• Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
• May be required to maintain active membership status on the medical staff of SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply.

• Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

Mandated Requirements:

• TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
• IN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  
• Active DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  
• BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  
• COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
• Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
  
• EPIC EMR knowledge - HIGHLY PREFERRED
