Job description
We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team in Mount Pleasant, Texas. You’ll be part of a close-knit clinic that includes one experienced physician and one nurse practitioner, providing comprehensive outpatient care in a community-focused setting.
This role offers the benefit of modern technology, including personal AI scribe support to significantly reduce documentation time. The position is part of a large, physician-led multi-specialty group committed to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups
Promote preventive care, wellness education, and lifestyle interventions
Collaborate with clinic staff and fellow providers to ensure effective care coordination
Utilize an AI-enabled scribe to optimize efficiency and reduce administrative burden
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Epic electronic medical record system
Participate in quality improvement efforts and clinic meetings as needed
Qualifications
Must possess or be eligible for an unrestricted Texas medical license
Strong interest in outpatient, team-based care
New graduates and experienced physicians welcome to apply
Working Hours
Hours: Standard daytime hours (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Setting: 100% outpatient care
Call: Minimal to no call responsibilities
