- BC / BE Family Medicine Physician
- Full or part-time employment opportunity
- Outpatient setting
- EPIC EMR
- Ability to take on inpatient shifts if desired
- Teaching opportunities if desired
- APP supervision for additional income if desired
- Typical weekday office hours
- 36 clinical hours; 4 admin hours (can be done at home)
- General patient guidelines once established: 15 min for acute visit; 30 min for follow ups; 45 min for Medicare Wellness visits
- Very light shared phone call is triaged by nurses
- Collaborative, physician-centric organization
- 2 year income guarantee
- RVU based productivity model starting after year 2 (or sooner if it benefits the provider)
