Permanent Primary Care Physician Opening
Location: Brattleboro, Vermont
Position Type: Full-Time, Outpatient
Start Date: Fall 2025
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 32 hours patient-facing + 8 hours administrative
- Call Schedule: 1:11, phone-only (no in-person call duties)
- Setting: Outpatient only (Family or Internal Medicine)
- Patient Population: Adults & Pediatrics
- Patient Volume: Approx. 14 patients/day
- Duties Include:
- Outpatient care & chronic disease management
- Charting, care coordination, quality initiatives
- On-call phone support rotation
- Participation in long-term succession planning
Requirements
- Start Date: Must be available to begin by Fall 2025
- Licensure/Certifications: Must meet all required clinical licensure and certification standards
- Commute: Not open to candidates commuting more than 1 hour
- Exclusivity: Not open to candidates planning to work another job simultaneously
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications (discussed in interview)
- Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable
