Brattleboro Family Medicine is excited to welcome a full-time Staff MD Family Practice to our thriving outpatient clinic team located in the beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont. Our facility boasts a collaborative work environment and offers comprehensive benefits to support your professional life. We are looking to have someone start as soon as they are credentialed, ensuring a seamless integration into our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care in family medicine or internal medicine to adult and pediatric patients.
• Manage an average daily patient load of 14 in a clinic setting.
• Complete administrative duties including charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in an on-call phone rotation (1:11) to support patient care after hours.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive outpatient environment.
• Maintain certifications and licensure as required for clinical practice.
• Contribute to succession planning efforts for the practice’s long-term stability.
• Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour.
• Not open to candidates who plan to work this job in conjunction with another position.

Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine; Internal Medicine may be accepted.
• Clean malpractice history.
• Ability to obtain an active Vermont License before starting.
• Commitment to maintaining current certifications, including BLS and DEA.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine (or committed to obtaining before start).
• BLS certification.
• DEA registration.
