Our expanding primary care group, serving the Southeast suburbs of a bustling metropolitan hub, invites a talented Primary Care Physician to join our team. With a 100% outpatient model, supportive staff, and a schedule built for balance, this role offers the perfect blend of professional fulfillment and personal freedom in a thriving practice network.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality outpatient care to patients ages 4 and up, with no hospital coverage or weekend duties.

Manage a diverse patient panel: 70% commercial plans (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC), 25–30% Medicare/Medicare Advantage, minimal self-pay, and no Medicaid.

Collaborate with a team of 5–9 providers per office (average 3 physicians, 3 mid-levels), supported by 2 Medical Assistants per provider, plus dedicated lab techs, X-ray techs, front desk staff, and an office manager.

Practice in a well-equipped office with 17–24 exam rooms, featuring on-site lab services (CBC and Urinalysis machines) and X-ray capabilities.

Join a network of practices all within 25–30 minutes of each other, with new locations opening soon to meet growing community needs.
Work Schedule

4-Day Workweek: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (8 hours/day), with one late day per week (10:00 AM–7:00 PM, patient care starting at 1:00 PM).

No Weekends: Maintain a consistent, predictable schedule with no weekend obligations.
Compensation Package

Earning Potential: Competitive base salary plus a threshold production bonus and ancillary revenue bonuses, with expected earnings exceeding $300,000.

Candidate Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Skilled in outpatient care, with a patient-centered approach and the ability to manage a varied caseload (ages 4+).

Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
