This fully accredited, 145-bed community hospital strikes a balance between advanced clinical resources and local, responsive leadership. A brand-new outpatient clinic was recently opened to support growing demand for family and internal medicine care.
Clinic Features Include:- 10 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 2 behavioral health rooms, and in-house pharmacy
- All outpatient practice with 18–24 patients/day
- EMR: Athena
- 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts) with 2 hours of admin time weekly
- Shared call: 1 weekend every 3 months
Compensation Details:

Base Salary: $300,000

Commencement Bonus: $20,000

Relocation Allowance: Available with receipts

First Year Package: $395,000 (Base x 1.25 + Bonus + Relocation)

Retention Bonus: $15,000 annually

Annual Raise: 3%

Step Raise: $500/year to a $5,000 cap

Licensing/Certification Costs: Reimbursed (state license, DEA, controlled substance, 1 association)
