Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – Central California
Join a well-established community-based health group serving Bakersfield, Fresno, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time outpatient position with quarterly phone-only call and flexible scheduling options.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient primary care
- Quarterly phone call only (taken from home)
- Supportive team with EMR: NextGen
- Participate in quality improvement and education programs
- Leadership and system improvement opportunities available
- J1/H1B visa sponsorship available
- Experience or interest in community health preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $255,000 – $300,000 annually
- $50,000 sign-on bonus + productivity incentives
