🔍 Position Highlights:

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care for all ages

• Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 clinical hours of patient care

• Join a supportive, physician-led team with strong APP collaboration

• See an average of 18–24 patients per day

• Light phone-only call rotation with RN triage

• Telemedicine coverage a few hours on select weekends

• Use EPIC EMR for streamlined documentation

• Teaching opportunities with medical students and NP/PA learners

• Optional roles in hospital medicine or administrative leadership

✅ Who We're Looking For:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
  (or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency, with plan to certify within 3 years) – Required

• Active NY License or ability to obtain – Required

• DEA & ACLS certification by start date – Required

• Clean malpractice and licensing history – No exceptions

• Strong interest in providing full-spectrum primary care to all age groups

• Willingness to work a 4- or 5-day full-time schedule

• Must not reside within 30 miles of the practice

• No visa sponsorship, no 1099 arrangements

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $250,000 – $260,000, plus productivity incentives

• $75,000 sign-on bonus paid with first paycheck

• $25,000 retention bonus at the start of year 2
