Requirements & Skills:

• Medical degree from an accredited school
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Current ACLS/BLS certification
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to interpret medical tests
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Skilled in managing chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, COPD, CHF, obesity) in older adults
• Comfortable reading and understanding medical and regulatory information
• Culturally sensitive and respectful of diverse patient populations
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Calm and effective in emergency situations
• Resourceful, results-driven, and self-motivated
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information professionally
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Works well independently and across teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with leadership, providers, and health plans
