ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT
Delta Physician Placement (DPP), part of The Delta Companies, connects qualified Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, and Therapists with healthcare facilities across the country. We provide a single point of contact to help coordinate communication with hiring managers, assist with contract details, and support any necessary travel arrangements. - No tax state
- Salary: $300K to $350K
- Relocation - $30k
- Sign-on 10% of base salary
- Retention: 10% of salary year mark
- CME: 5 days + allowance
- Student Loan Repayment through - NHSC - ISH
- Annual Base Increase up to 7%
- PTO: Yes - Over 400 hours paid out if not used. Plus 13 Federal Holidays!
- Clinic: 4 days 8am-5pm; 1 day will be 9:30a-6:30p
- 4 times yearly Saturday clinic
- PPD: 12-14
- Integrated Care model
