Family Practice Physician Opening Madison, FL 55 miles from Tallahassee Full-time, permanent position Works collaboratively with the care team and local, regional, state, and national healthcare resources to coordinate care and services. Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases and injuries in general practice seeing patients of all ages. The Medical Center consists of 10 community health centers located at 10 sites throughout North Florida that provide a quality and affordable medical and dental care home for the entire family. HOURS: Monday - Friday Typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm No holidays or weekends CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Current medical license to practice in the State of Florida Current D.E.A. certificate. Board eligible or board certified in family practice; if board eligible at time of hire, must be board certified within 3 years of hire date. Insurability (malpractice). Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
