Family Medicine Physician Opening Ephrata, WA Position Overview: We are seeking a Family Physician to join our team in Ephrata, WA. This opportunity offers the best of rural medicine with the support of a nearby multi-specialty group in a state-of-the-art family medicine clinic. First-Year Salary Range: $296,412 $320,446, plus RVU bonus opportunity. Schedule: Standard four-day work week with outpatient-only care. Call: 1:5 nurse-triaged, very light call. Practice: Team of two physicians and three advanced practice providers (when fully staffed). 20-25 patients per day. Lab draw, X-ray, anti-coag, dietary, and behavioral health on-site. Multi-specialty support available in Moses Lake and Wenatchee. Epic electronic medical record. Clinic Hours: Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. Preferred Experience: Internal medicine and pain management experience is a plus. Visa Sponsorship: J1 candidates considered. Licensing: Must be eligible for medical licensure in Washington State.
