Seeking an experienced, mission-driven Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a high-functioning primary care team at a well-established FQHC in Chicago's North Side. This is a full-time role designed for providers with a strong background in Family Medicine (adult + pediatrics). You'll enjoy a stable schedule with light shared weekend coverage and walk-in-friendly volume shared across a supportive team of clinicians. Ideal for providers who want work-life balance.
Compensation: $115K+ base salary, negotiable on experience. Loan Forgiveness: $10K/year toward student loans. Schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs (9am-5pm) + rotating Sunday shift once every 5 weeks (8am-1pm). Low census daily average patients daily: 7-10 (walk-in flexibility). EMR: E-ClinicalWorks. Procedures: Full-spectrum primary care including newborn to geriatric visits. Multi-Specialty Group Employee . Medical (BlueCross BlueShield), dental, and vision.
