Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join an established, hospital-employed outpatient network serving a diverse community of 250,000 in Northern New York. This position offers flexible scheduling, no call, and a strong referral system, with full hospitalist coverage for inpatient admissions. With generous compensation, teaching opportunities, an (NHSC) approved site, this is an ideal role for physicians looking to deliver excellent care while enjoying a fulfilling work-life balance.
$285,000 base salary + WRVU production model. $20,000/year student loan repayment. Relocation assistance: $15,000. Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Financially stable, not-for-profit hospital with full specialty support. Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. Hospitalist team handles all inpatient care. 7 outpatient clinic locations; you'll be assigned to one permanent site. Teaching: Opportunities available via accredited ACGME/AOA family and internal medicine residencies. CERNER is EMR. Excellent local schools, a regional airport, and low cost of living. Boating, fishing, kayaking, skiing, and hiking in every direction. Flexible schedule . No Call. Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 . CME time and money available. Retirement plan provided.
