• 4-day clinic week and reasonable patient volume in the mid-teens
• Excellent retention & highly tenured medical staff
• Physicians are truly respected in this organization - you will have both autonomy and robust clinical support
• Hospital leadership here takes pride in being nimble/adaptable, with the goal of best serving patients' needs and providing an outstanding working environment for physicians
Compensation & Benefits:
• Proven earning potential of $450,000 with competitive base salary + additional lucrative bonuses
• Up to $300,000 in recruitment incentives including signing bonus, retention, relocation stipend, and more (for full time)
