Job description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from November 26-December 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Charlottesville, VA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and workplace injuries and illnesses. Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 9:00am-6:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break and Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm. December 1 is 11:30am-6:00pm; December 4, 5, 11, 18, & 19 are 12:00pm-5:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and have 3+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. DOT Certification and a Virginia dispensing license is also required, and Nurse Practitioner must have an Autonomous Practice license. Occupational Medicine experience is preferred. Current shift needs are November 26 and December 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 26, 27, 29, 30, & 31
