Job description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment from January 12-March 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Charlottesville, VA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and workplace injuries and illnesses. Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm, Thursday & Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break, and Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and have 3+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. DOT Certification and a Virginia dispensing license is also required, and Nurse Practitioner must have an Autonomous Practice license. Occupational Medicine experience is preferred. Current detailed shift needs are January 12, 13, 15, 16, 19, 23, 26, 29, & 30, February 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, & 27, and March 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, & 31.
